Delivery questions
Do you deliver electrical supplies nationwide?
Yes. Brasstacks Traders supplies customers in all nine South African provinces from our Johannesburg base. Delivery method, cost and lead time are confirmed on each quote.
Can I collect my order in Johannesburg?
Yes. Orders can be collected from C19 Chin Mall Multiplex, 160 Main Reef Road, Johannesburg once your quote is confirmed and the order is ready.
Do you supply cross-border buyers?
Yes. We supply buyers from Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Lesotho, Eswatini, Zambia and Malawi. Orders can be consolidated for collection by your transporter or clearing agent in Johannesburg.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the destination, order size and stock. We confirm the lead time on your quote before you commit.
